Lauren Rains, D.C. | Board Certified Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Lauren Rains was born and raised in Wichita Falls and graduated from Wichita Falls High School in 2001. After studying around the world, Dr. Rains graduated with Bachelor and Master of Business Administraion degrees from Midwestern State University. After being in the workforce for a few years, she realized her passion was in alternative medicine and started her journey into the chiropractic profession at Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Rains was president of her class her entire tenure and graduated cum laude with a Doctorate of Chiropractic as well as a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness. She specializes in whole family health and wellness as well as nutrition and pain management. Dr. Rains is proud to be back home serving the Hawk community as well as the citizens of Texoma.
Staci Williams | Licensed Massage Therapist
Staci was born and raised in Iowa Park. She graduated from Iowa Park High School in 2000. She has been licensed to massage for 15 years. Staci is married and has six children at home, so she is very busy! She loves animals and has six of her own at home. Staci's passion is to help people relieve their pain through medical massage and trigger point therapy. She is excited to join the Back By Design team and further her massaging career here.

Sky Hughes I Front Office/Chiropractic Assistant
Sky was born in Wichita Falls, Texas. She graduated from Rider High School in 2010. She has been working in the chiropractic field for over 9 years. She is excited to join the Back by Design team. She is married and has a son, a dog, and a cat. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing games, and traveling.
